Real people being really helpful

If you read my blogpost from October 21, 2022 you know how disenchanted I am with Etsy's customer service and their overall approach to business being run by robots.  Well, earlier today I  wanted to restyle my blog on my Indiemade site. Right now it's all one long blog roll. I really hate that look. (That's just what I like, others may prefer it. )  So I contacted Indiemade and asked how I could do this. I didn't see a way to style the blog roll. We went back and forth a couple of times and they came back and said give us a couple of weeks and we'll build out some new style blog pages and in the meantime, they are going to restyle my page themselves. 

Indiemade customer service, specifically Michael, this time (but I've had other helpful agents from this company as well) has been amazing.  They sought to understand the issue.  They responded in a timely fashion. They came up with the PERFECT solution, which actually meant them to pitch in. It's so unheard of anymore.  

WOW.  Real Humans, Being Really Helpful!  That's amazing.
